Slow living
high above the
Madeira coast.
A modern two-story villa, located in the sunniest place on Madeira Island, at 270 meters altitude above sea level with panoramic views from every room. The ocean below,
warm water when you wish.
A private pool, heated to 26–29 °C, with the ocean lying just below. Around it — loungers and a daybed, an outdoor shower, and the long view over banana gardens to the Atlantic.

Three bedrooms, every one
over the ocean and valley.
A king and two queens dressed in crisp linen. Room-darkening shades for slow mornings, a desk with the ocean for company, and windows that let the valley into the room.

Dinner outside,
in the last of the sun.
A table set at the pool's edge, the grill warming, glasses catching the last light. Seating for six, and a kitchen with everything you need to gather the people closest to you.

The sunniest corner
of a green island.
Estreito da Calheta — the sunniest, warmest corner of Madeira, with around 300 days of sun a year. Five to seven minutes by car: Praia da Calheta, one of the island's rare white-sand beaches — nearly every other shore here is dark volcanic stone. Down by the sand — restaurants, a supermarket, a park, a playground: all of Calheta in one place. Close by, the Levada das 25 Fontes, the Fanal forest, and the Ponta do Pargo lighthouse for the sunset.
